Order Processing & Dispatch:
• All standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days only).
• This processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Custom & Personalised Orders:
Please note that customised or made-to-order items (including products with engraved names, custom or personalised designs) may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be prepared and shipped. This extra time allows us to ensure your handmade piece is crafted with the highest quality and care.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. All delivery times listed on our website are estimates only and exclude possible customs or clearance delays outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties:
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
• These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• The Golden Brothers & Co is not liable for any customs or import charges.
• Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control the amount of these charges.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us:
• Any applicable return fees charged to our business will be deducted from your refund.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
As a registered business, we are legally required to declare all international shipments as “merchandise”, and cannot label parcels as “gifts.”
